THE RATING OF JSC INSURANCE COMPANY BASEL INCREASED TO “B+” TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT OF CAPITAL RESERVES AND ASSET QUALITY. FORECAST – “STABLE” 

On November 6, 2023, S&P Global Ratings upgraded the long-term financial strength rating of the Basel insurance company and the issuer's international scale credit rating from "B" to "B+", taking into account capital reserves and asset quality. The forecast for changes in ratings is “Stable”. Also, the Company’s national scale rating was upgraded by the Rating Agency from “kzBB+” to “kzBBВ”. 

According to the Agency, the Basel Insurance Company demonstrated high capital adequacy ratios compared to the growth of insurance premiums and a balanced investment policy, continuing to expand and diversify its business.
