Call the insurance company 'Basel' (Basel) on 7530 report the incident and receive advice on further actions.

Call the traffic police (9102) and if necessary call an ambulance (9103).

Complete the necessary paperwork with the police:

  • Protocol on administrative offence;
  • Incident diagram.
  • Please check that they are filled in correctly.

Use any available means to record the details of the accident participants:

  • IIN of the Participant in the accident.
  • Full name of the participant in the accident.
  • State registration number of the vehicle involved in the accident.
  • Contact number of the road accident participant.
