1. Register your personal account or log in to it if you already have one. 2. If you do not remember the password for your personal account, click on 'Forgot your password?' 3. To access the filing of claims for insurance cases, you must verify your personal account through biometric identity verification. 4. After verifying your account, click on “New application” and select “Insurance claim application”. 5. Fill in all the data at each step of the application and attach documents on the insurance case (traffic police documents, photos from the scene of the accident, etc.).
