Buying a policy

Select the insurance product you are interested in:

OGPO VTS Compulsory insurance

Tourism Medical insurance

Enter all the necessary data and issue any policy in less than 2 minutes.
If you have not found the insurance product you need on the website, you can always contact the call center at 7530for advice

Renewal of insurance policies

You can always renew your policy in your personal account, to do this:

Click on 'Personal Account' and log in
Select the policy you want to reissue and click on the reissue button
The re-registration process will take you no more than 2 minutes.

Termination of insurance policies:

Login to your personal account
To access policy cancellations, be sure to verify your account through biometric verification of your identity
After verifying your account, you will get access to policy cancellations, select the policy you want to cancel
- Please provide your correct bank account number during the termination process.
The termination application will be generated automatically. You will receive payment to your bank account within 3 working days.

You can submit claims for an insured event through your personal account and receive payments online without visiting our branches. To do this, you need to:

1. Register your personal account or log in to it if you already have one.

2. If you do not remember the password for your personal account, click on 'Forgot your password?'

3. To access the filing of claims for insurance cases, you must verify your personal account through biometric identity verification.

4. After verifying your account, click on “New application” and select “Insurance claim application”.

5. Fill in all the data at each step of the application and attach documents on the insurance case (traffic police documents, photos from the scene of the accident, etc.).

Track the status of your claim in your personal account and receive payments online!
