JSC IC «Basel» informs consumers of insurance services that the websites of https://kulshar.kz and https://senimavto.kz offering services for the online conclusion of insurance policies for compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners do not have the authority to comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, due to the lack of a valid license of the authorized body to carry out insurance (reinsurance) activities and are not included in the register of insurance agents of insurance (reinsurance) companies as an insurance agent.

JSC IC «Basel» has not entered into any agreements with https://kulshar.kz and https://senimavto.kz and has nothing to do with their activities.
