Hereby JSC Insurance Company "Basel" (hereinafter referred to as the Company) notifies Amrenov Serik Mukhtarovich, employees of JSC Insurance Company "Basel", third parties, customers and counterparties of the Company, policyholders, insured persons, beneficiaries under the Insurance Agreements concluded with the Company, insurance agents of the Company, that the Company cancels the powers of attorney issued in the name of Amrenov Serik Mukhtarovich, including power of attorney No. 75-yur dated December 29, 2022.

The powers of attorney issued by the Company in the name of Amrenov Serik Mukhtarovich cease to be valid from 11:00 am on 02.02.2023.

The rights and obligations arising from the actions of Amrenov Serik Mukhtarovich, committed on the basis of powers of attorney issued by the Company in his name, after sending this notice, have no legal force and do not entail legal consequences.
