The Europrotocol mobile application is being launched in test mode!

Дом

The launch of the Europrotocol mobile application has started with the assistance of the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market and Insurance Organizations, which will change the interaction between insurance organizations and customers. After receiving the results of the test run and adjusting the work, full operation will begin on January 1, 2024. This information is officially reported by the Insurance Benefit Guarantee Fund, which is responsible for the development of the application.

Europrotocol provides the user with the opportunity to register an accident without the participation of the traffic police in cases of frivolous accidents, where the culprit and the amount of damage are obvious. By downloading the application from the App Store or Google Play, you can arrange an insurance case yourself, both for an individual and a legal entity, including non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Under what conditions is the Euro Protocol applied?

· The amount of repair of the affected party for 2024 does not exceed 369 thousand tenge (not higher than 100 MCI);

· No harm has been caused to the life or health of citizens;

· As a result of an accident, only vehicles are damaged (without damage to other property);

· Both participants in the accident have valid compulsory car insurance policies;

· There are no disagreements between drivers regarding the list of damages and circumstances of a road accident;

· Mobile numbers of road accident participants are registered in the Database of mobile citizens.

Stages of registration:

· Participants are authorized in the mobile application;

· Indicate the date, time and place of the accident.

· Enter the data of the person responsible for the accident and the driver.

· Enter vehicle data: mileage, VIN code.

· Take general photos of the street and the vehicle with the license plate from four sides.

· Mark the places of damage.

· Waiting for confirmation from the system.

From the moment the application is launched, all necessary documents, accident coordinates and damage photos will be automatically transferred to a single system in an unchanged form through the application. Insurance companies will have access to this data, which will be able to process such applications faster. In this case, the affected party is exempt from collecting a standard set of documents for applying for insurance benefits. If approved, payments will be received within an average of 6 days.
